Carver
Carver, the oldest town in CarverCounty, was first settled in 1851. Carver is located on the banks of the Minnesota River making transportation by River and later by Rail accountable for Carver’s rich history. Carver’s core city is on the National Register of Historic Places. Over the past decade Carver has experienced significant growth and continues to attract new residents with its small town character, natural setting, and affordable housing.
Chanhassen
With the urban benefit of direct access to major highways allowing residents to easily access the metro area and the rural benefit of a small-town’s main street charm, Chanhassen offers the best of both worlds. Chanhassen is a part of 2 public school districts, the Schools of Eastern Carver County and Minnetonka, as well as many private schools.
