Deb McMillan

Deb McMillan has worked in the Chamber industry since May of 2000. She began her Chamber career serving as President of the Waconia Chamber of Commerce for more than seven years. She was hired as President of the Chaska Area Chamber of Commerce in 2007 and subsequently led a task force to merge the Chaska, Chanhassen and Victoria Chambers of Commerce, forming the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce, which opened for business in January 2009 where she serves as President. The SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce represents business in Carver, Chanhassen, Chaska and Victoria and has 450 members.
Deb is a 2004 graduate of the Institute of Organizational Management and has served on the board of directors for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Executives, the Metropolitan Coalition of Chambers of Commerce and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. She served as chair of the board for MCCE in 2007 and chair of the board for MCCC in 2005. Deb currently serves on the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce Grow Minnesota! advisory board.
Deb and her husband, Kerry, have four daughters and have lived in Victoria since 1986.

Mary is a native Minnesotan - born and raised in the St. Cloud area. She has resided in Victoria, Minnesota for the last 20 years. Mary graduated from Bemiji State University with a degree in English and a minor in Journalism and has spent most of her business career in the field of public relations with Investors Diversified Services (now known as Ameriprise Financial). Mary was the communications coordinator with the Victoria Chamber of Commerce and is thrilled to be a part of the new SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce as Member Services Coordinator. Mary enjoys meeting and working with all the new membership of our chamber.
Kelsey Van Ordstrand

Kelsey Van Ordstrand has been with the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce since April 2010. She graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Math and Adventure Tourism. Prior to working at the chamber she was an Ability Analyst for The Hartford Insurance Company in Bloomington, MN. Kelsey currently sits on the Expo , Womens Biz, Golf Tournament and Student Membership Committees. She is also in charge of the coordination of the summer business expos held each year throughout the region.
Kelsey is so happy to be a part of an organization with such wonderful members to work with. She currently resides in Burnsville, MN.

The SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Stephanie Leach has accepted the position of membership director. Ms. Leach brings more than six years of sales and industry experience to her new position with the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce. Most recently she was employed with the Fargo Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau where she served as Director of Tourism Sales and Director of Event Services. "Stephanie's extensive industry experience and approach to sales is a perfect fit for the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce", stated Deb McMillan, President. "We are excited to have her on board." Ms. Leach will join the organization January 3, 2012. The SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce has 470 members and serves businesses working in the communities of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver and Victoria.
